There are five basic strokes, all flowing toward the heart. They are used during the massage to manipulate the soft tissues of the body. During the massage, you are usually nude under sheets, but only the part that is being massaged is exposed so modesty is always respected. You will lie on the massage table on your stomach first, our gay male therapist will start applying the base oil (non-scented, grapeseeds oil) and massaging your back legs, and then gradually move up to your back and shoulder. Depending on how tense your back and shoulders are,  our male therapist will put more focus on these areas, use different techniques to ease the muscle tension.  About half an hour later, you will turn over and get massaged starting from your front legs, then your chest and neck.
